O'Reilly Auto Parts and the evasive insurance company

Well, I ended up going to the actual store to see the manager.  I explained to him my difficulty reaching Sarah. He tried calling her, and had no more luck than I.  So, he called corporate and got her boss's number for me.

I spoke to her for a bit, and emailed her what we have as of last week.  Sarah finally emailed back acknowledging she has something (3 emails and 2 faxes from 2 locations apparently never reached her).  Yesterday, someone called wanting to meet and do another estimate on my wife's car.

First of all, seriously? The people who provided the estimate are a reputable establishment that has been in business for over twenty years and their number is on the paperwork.  They even took pictures.

But, the icing on the cake is that very number is disconnected today.  And insurance companies wonder why people do not like them.
